Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Macquarie University and brings over a decade of experience in public healthcare settings.

 In her previous roles, she has managed a diverse range of responsibilities, including facilitating the implementation of innovative technologies, overseeing research programs, and conducting quality improvement workshops. Her extensive background allowed her the opportunity to organize and participate in research steering committees, collaborating closely with hospital leadership, particularly within nursing.

 These experiences have equipped Caroline with valuable insights into the challenges that healthcare institutions face, enabling her to effectively navigate the complexities of the public hospital landscape.
