Alvis Leon Timothy Charles

Leon is currently Head of Podiatry and Prosthetics & Orthotics IC, and Lead for Informatics & Technology within the Allied Health Division at Sengkang General Hospital, where he leads service transformation, digitalization, workforce transformation and innovation initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.

He has held clinical and healthcare roles across Singapore and Australia, including senior podiatry positions in both public and private healthcare settings, as well as experience in health insurance and workers’ compensation. Leon has led the development and implementation of technology-enabled care models, including the use of 3D printing and digital workflows to deliver personalized foot orthotics, achieving significant improvements in cost-efficiency and turnaround time. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Health Science (Podiatry) with Honours from Queensland University of Technology.
