Senior Manager (BioTech)

Prior to joining NHIC, Vipra held leadership roles across the healthcare innovation, biotech, and consulting sectors, with a focus on bridging science and business to drive impactful growth. As a founding member and Business Development Lead at Cryomics (a Mirxes Pte. Ltd. subsidiary), she was instrumental in business planning and expanding biobanking services into new markets. At SPRIM Consulting, she led multidisciplinary teams across the Asia-Pacific region, managing a diverse portfolio of projects for leading global clients in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, consumer health, and FMCG sectors. Vipra’s experience includes advising AI-driven healthcare ventures as a Commercial Champion at NUS GRIP, mentoring deep tech founders, and supporting international market expansion. She has also co-founded a startup focused on last-mile delivery of cold chain healthcare products using UAVs, attracting interest from partners across multiple countries.

Vipra holds a PhD in Tissue Engineering from School of Materials Science & Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Prior to which, she completed an Advanced Diploma in Biotherapeutics from Reliance Institute of Life Sciences, India and a Master's in Technology in Biotechnology & Bioinformatics from Padmashree Dr. D.Y.Patil Vidyapeeth, India.
