Agnes Tan Le Xian

Agnes graduated from University of Tasmania (Australia) with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Drawing on her life science background, she has gained experience across laboratory operations, regulatory compliance, and research grant administration.

Before joining NHIC, she held a research grant administration role at Duke-NUS Medical School, where she managed the pre- and post-award activities of projects funded by local public agencies. She supported researchers and Principal Investigators by advising on grant funding opportunities, facilitating grant applications, and coordinating research finance activities.
