Joan holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Management from University of Bradford, United Kingdom. Prior to joining NHIC, she worked in SingHealth and NUHS and had over a decade of experience in healthcare administration, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, MOH reporting and operational excellence in building collaborative relationships across the healthcare clusters.

 Outside of work, she has a passion for culinary experiences and enjoy traveling to explore new cultures and perspectives.
